The children’s version of the plain hoodless suit, and the best-selling thing in this section. Hands and feet are inside the suit, the neck finishes high enough to meet a mask, and the zipper is at the back where a parent can reach it. Twenty-five colors — solids plus leopard, zebra, tiger and checker.
Almost every review describes it as a base rather than a finished costume. Parents have built a dragon, a Smurfette, ninja turtles and a bearded dragon on top of it, and two of them note that the fabric takes acrylic paint and upholstery spray glue without trouble. If your child has an idea that no shop sells, this is the layer you start from.

Reviews lean toward it running small — one parent describes a Small as a little long on a three-year-old, another says the Grey ran small but the fabric was excellent. Good & stretchy, priced right
I bought a size larger than I normally would so I could add foam muscles for ninja turtle costumes. The jumpsuits are nice & stretchy & gave plenty of room. The foam adhered to the fabric perfectly using upholstery spray glue. I was also able to easily modify the hands & feet to make them like the ninja turtles. The mock turtlenecks come up plenty high to cover their skin…
