Two different questions go to two different places, and sending them the wrong way is the most common reason people wait longer than they need to.
Anything about an existing order
If you have already ordered — the parcel has not arrived, something is missing from it, the size is wrong, you want to send it back — that goes to our retail partner, not to us. They took the payment, they hold the record and they are the only ones who can act on it. Their order history page has a contact route attached to each order, and it is faster than anything we could do on your behalf.
That includes the two things owners write to us about most: a suit that arrived without the pull-cord shown in the photographs, and a children’s suit that arrived without the felt mask. Both are missing-item claims, and both are resolved at the point of sale.
Anything about the product itself
Questions about which cut to choose, which band on the height chart is yours, how opaque a color is, whether the fabric will take paint, or what a finish looks like in daylight — those are ours, and the answers to most of them are already on this site. The coverage page compares all twelve cuts at once, the foot of the home page puts every height chart together with a tool that turns a height into a size, and each product page carries what owners of that specific suit have reported.
If your question is not answered anywhere on the site, the question and answer sections on the listing itself are read and answered by people who own the suit, and that is currently the quickest route to an answer.

Written questions about the suits themselves reach us at either address below. Anything to do with an order you have already placed is faster through our retail partner, who holds the record of it.
The Chicago address takes mail inside the United States. The one in Suzhou is the registered office of the company behind the brand. Neither is a place to call in at: there is no showroom at either, no counter and nobody there to meet visitors.
Neither is a warehouse either. Suits reach American buyers from our retail partner’s own network, and anything sent back goes to them — a parcel mailed to either address will not reach anyone who can do anything with it.
